About Me

In 2000, Birgitta Wilbers founded the “Wilbers Jobservice” brand, which initially focused on the recruitment of specialists and executives (Recruitment) in the travel and tourism industry. Over the years, the needs of companies seeking people, expanded the range of services to: Executive Search with direct contact to executives at the management and board level, Team Coaching with the focus on fitting a new supervisor or employee into the team, Individual Coaching for companies and Individual Coaching for applicants. This expansion and range shift of services resulted in a rebranding in 2019. The brand “Wilbers Jobservice” became “Wilbers Personalberatung” with it´s new website https://www.wilbers-pb.com
